Eye Care Specialties - Strongsville

I recently took my child to Strongsville Eye Care for their first eye exam, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The young ladies at the front, Krystal and Mikaela, were so kind, patient, and welcoming. I had my younger kids with me too, and they made sure we were all comfortable, which meant a lot as a mom. Krystal was especially sweet and helpful when it came to picking out my child’s glasses. She gave honest feedback and helped find a pair that fit comfortably and matched my child’s style. Mikaela was also friendly and professional when assisting with the measurements, and both of them made the visit feel very easy and stress-free. The doctor was extremely patient and gentle. My child was a little nervous at first, but the doctor took her time explaining everything, helping her stay calm and relaxed throughout the exam. She made sure we both understood what was going on, and that really showed her care and professionalism. Overall, the entire team had such a warm and welcoming energy. The visit went smoothly, and the glasses were ready even sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. I truly appreciate the great service, kindness, and patience shown to us. I’d definitely recommend Strongsville Eye Care to anyone looking for a friendly and caring eye care office.

Took my adult special needs child to a new doctor and was thrilled with the care she received. Krystal and Dr. Kuder were patient with her and treated her with so much kindness and respect. Highly recommend!!

A lens on my sunglasses fell out, and I made an impromptu stop in to this location. Kryst was kind enough to fix those for me on the spot. I went ahead and set up an eye exam as I was due for this. It’s nice when you can get good quality service.

Great place! Dr. Sika is an excellent eye doctor, the staff is friendly, and they offer helpful customer service. There’s even been a couple times where he accommodated a last-minute request, once when I had an eye injury, and once when I had an infection. Exceptional ✅ Highly recommend 👍

Always enjoying to Dr Sika office. The eye exam is always very comprehensive and spot on. All the ladies are great as well and will always will help you with pick out the best glasses for you and that you can afford. We have gone to this office since we have moved back to the area.
